Kerinci Peak_Medium Roast

The Sumatra Kerinci is a very lively and expressive coffee, possessing a wealth of diverse flavors. At lighter developments, notes of citrus and toffee dazzle. While its darker expressions offer deep layers of chocolate, toasted almonds, and brandy. All in all, this is a remarkable Indonesian coffee. It is our thought that this coffee is at its best as a robust and flavorful batch brew, or as a sturdy and sweet foundation for espresso based beverages.
