Original Sin_Medium Roast

The newest lot of Ethiopia Limmu Kossa is a beautifully balanced coffee with vibrant acidity and complex sweetness. Lighter roasts highlight flavors of ripe peach, lime zest, and wildflower honey, paired with a creamy body and a clean finish. In darker roasts, it develops a syrupy texture with notes of bittersweet chocolate, orange peel, bergamot tea, and brown sugar. This exceptional coffee shines as a bright and floral drip coffee or as a layered and syrupy sweet single-origin espresso.
